What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, and
Do you accept gift cards as payment online?
Unfortunately, we are unable at this time to accept gift cards
for online transactions. You can however, use these gift cards at
any of our 13 retail locations.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes.
How long until my order arrives / where is my
Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to arrive. As the
delivery of your order is governed by the actions of a third party
(Australia Post), there is no guarantee exactly when your order
will arrive. When you purchase a pair of shoes from the FSW Shoe
Warehouse website, we will send you a confirmation email which
includes an eParcel #. Use this (via the Australia post website) to
establish the status of your delivery.
I have selected a shoe and colour, but my size is not
Unfortunately, if a particular size is not on the menu it means
that size is unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience.
What if I order a pair of shoes and they don`t fit me /
fit my partner / don`t work with my outfit?
Don`t stress! Essentially if you are not satisfied with your
purchase, FSW Shoe Warehouse will gladly refund, exchange or credit
your purchase. There are certain conditions to this; before
purchasing please read and become familiar with our Returns
I purchased a pair of shoes online, can I
return/exchange them at a store?
Yes of course, provided you meet all the requirements outlined
in our Returns Policy.
The colour of the shoe on the website is slightly
different to their actual colour!?
As mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, FSW will take photos
of all our items for sale on the web, but at times there may be a
subtle colour variation between the web site and the products
themselves. If you are not satisfied with the shoes, you may be
entitled to a refund (see above).
I have seen something I want in your store but I cannot
see it online?
Unfortunately, as it would be very difficult to index all of the
shoes available on the shop floor to be sold online, we have had to
select our most popular and newest styles to feature on the
website. However, as the website is updated weekly the shoes you
have seen may be added soon. Alternatively, if you are able to
obtain the 'style name' and size of the shoe you are after, you can
contact us at email@example.com and we
will see if we can get them for you.
