We ship orders within Australia and to New Zealand.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped from our warehouses, you will receive an email with your eParcel tracking number within 24 hrs. Please visit http://auspost.com.au/track/ and enter the tracking number to track the status of your delivery.
How long will it take to receive my shoes?
Please allow 5-10 working days for standard delivery. As the delivery of your order is governed by the actions of a third party (Australia Post), there is no guarantee exactly when your order will arrive. Please read our Shipping section for more information on Express or New Zealand deliveries.
I ordered two pairs but only one pair has arrived?
Items are shipped from our Canberra or Sydney warehouses. Orders may be split depending on the item location; no additional postage will be incurred for split deliveries.
I have selected a shoe and colour, but my size is not showing?
If a particular size is not on the size menu it means that size is unavailable and out of stock.
What if I order a pair of shoes and they don't fit?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, FSW will refund, exchange or credit your purchase, including sale items. Please read the Returns section for further information on Terms and Conditions.
I purchased a pair of shoes online, can I return or exchange them at a FSW store?
Yes of course, provided you meet all the requirements outlined in our Returns section.
The colour of the shoe on the website is slightly different to their actual colour!?
As mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, FSW will take photos of all our items for sale on the web, but at times there may be a subtle colour variation between the web site and the products due to individual screen resolutions. Please contact the web team if you are not satisfied with the colour.
I have seen something I want in your store but I cannot see it online?
Not all styles available in-store are sold online, we select our most popular and current styles to feature on the website. Since the website is updated weekly, the shoes you have seen in-store may be added online soon. If you are able to obtain the 'style name' or shoe code, you can contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to locate a pair for you.
