Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, FSW will gladly refund or exchange your purchase as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Goods must be unworn with the original tags attached.
    We are unable to accept shoes with dirty marks or damaged soles.
  • Goods must be returned in the original shoe box, which must be in its original condition.
    Please place the shoe box inside an Australia Post satchel or box.
  • A copy of the tax invoice must be included with the goods.
  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of date shown on the receipt.
  • Postage is non-refundable.

FSW reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed using the original method of payment within 1-3 working days of receiving the return to our warehouse. Please keep in mind your financial institute can take a few extra days to return the funds to your account.

 

EXCHANGE

If you are wishing to exchange your purchase for another size or style, please contact us at web@fswshoes.com.au with details of the items you require so we can check availability and if available place the items on hold for you. Items will be held for a maximum of 14 days.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us at web@fswshoes.com.au with a photo of the defect so that we can advise you on the return procedure.

FSW reserves the right to conduct a quality inspection before making a decision on a faulty item.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumer guarantees outline that goods are to be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and same as the sample. You may be entitled to a refund or exchange if goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee.

 

POSTAGE

Postage charges on returns are not refundable unless the item is deemed to be faulty.

If you are returning an item for an exchange or refund you are required to pay for return postage. You are not required to pay for postage of the exchange parcel (standard delivery) from our warehouse to you. A $15 charge will be applied for exchanges sent via Express Post.

We recommend that returned items are shipped in an Australia Post satchel or box and sent via Registered Post. You assume any risk for loss, theft or damaged goods during transit, we therefore advise you take out shipment registration and insurance with your postal carrier. FSW will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
