All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding ACT public holidays).
We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 1-4 business days of ordering.
Please be aware that your order may be shipped from different locations and may arrive separately. No additional postage will be incurred for split deliveries.

Express shipping: $16.95 - Delivery time frames are calculated from date of dispatch and are subject to Australia Post delays.
All orders over AUD $89 receive FREE SHIPPING anywhere in Australia.  We no longer ship to New Zealand. 
For standard shipping please allow 1-5 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas or 3-7 working days for delivery to rural areas, WA and TAS. For express shipping please allow 1-3 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas or 2-5 days for rural areas, WA and TAS.
The above timeframes are estimates only and are estimated from the date of dispatch. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the delivery is in the hands of Australia Post.

We try to prioritise orders with Express Post but next day dispatch is not always possible.

Once we have dispatched your order with Australia Post, you will receive tracking updates via email or text from Australia Post.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will automatically Safe Drop your parcel. If the delivery driver cannot locate a safe place to leave your parcel a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office.

FSW will not be held responsible for any parcels lost by Australia Post or misplaced after they have been marked as delivered via Australia Post's Safe Drop service.
If you have any delivery instructions that you would like added to your parcel (eg. leave at front door if not home), please email after placing your order.
If your order is returned to us via Australia Post due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an additional postage fee of $9.95 will be required to have the parcel re posted to the correct address. If you do not want your parcel re posted, please note that the original shipping cost is non refundable.
