Your parcel will be dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding ACT public holidays).

Your order must be received by 4pm AESDT for next business day dispatch.

Your order may be split depending on the products location. No additional postage will be incurred for split deliveries.

Standard Delivery within Australia

The standard delivery charge is AUD $9.95 flat rate Australia wide.

Any order over AUD $99 receives FREE SHIPPING anywhere in Australia.  

Please allow 1-4 working days for standard delivery to local areas or 3-7 days interstate.

Express Delivery within Australia

The express delivery charge is AUD$15.00 flat rate Australia wide. The option for express post can be found in the shopping bag.

Please note your order must be received by 4pm AEST for next business day dispatch.

Our shipping location is unable to guarantee a time frame for express post deliveries. If you have a concern regarding express delivery shipping times to your location please contact our web team Monday – Friday.

New Zealand Delivery

The standard delivery charge is AUD$15 flat rate New Zealand wide.
Please allow 1-4 working days for standard delivery.

Delivery Procedure

FSW delivers to Australia and New Zealand and a signature is required upon delivery of all parcels.

Once we have dispatched your parcel with Australia Post eParcel, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

You will also receive tracking updates from Australia Post via email whilst your parcel is in transit.

You may request your parcel be "safe dropped" via your MyPost account with Australia Post once you receive your tracking number.

FSW will not be held responsible for any parcels misplaced after they have been marked as delivered via Australia Post's 
"safe dropped" service.
